Taking back my adulthood after narcissistic abuse

Today I turned 47.

I feel a bit angry to be honest. Angry because I’ve only in recent weeks taken ownership of my own adulthood. Angry when I reflect on the lost years, the best years, so they say.

I have paid the price, for most of the last 3 decades of the consequences of a very poor decision.
